• We operate a 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Late bookings are accepted.
• A minimum charge of two hours applies.
• All hire starts from first pick up point and finshes at the last drop off point.
• All parking and entrance fees are chargeable at cost.
• A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm booking, with the exception of company accounts.
• For Company accounts, invoices will be issued on day of travel for payment within 7 working days.
• Apex & City operates a non-smoking policy for the comfort of all our passengers. Convenience stops can be made. Please arrange with driver.
• Airports – Delayed flights. Passengers will incur £15.00 waiting charge per hour plus parking costs.
• Calls via cellular car phone will be charged at £1/minute local, £2/minute national, £3/minute international +VAT.
• The following surcharges apply: 25% on public holidays. 100% on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
• We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car however such loss or damage is caused.
• Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client maybe charged accordingly.
• Apex & City will not accept liability for any delays caused by rerouted journeys out of our control, i.e. accidents, diversions or weather.
• We reserve the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received twelve hours prior to the dispatch of the car with the exception of late bookings.
